Presentation of the grouping

To help keep the growth of conurbations under control, major urban planners in France have decided to combine their experience and expertise in fields such as the development of new towns and business centres, territorial restructuring as well as land planning and management.

By grouping together, they can provide the whole range of skills and competences needed to lead complex projects that involve meeting the demands of both the general interest and market forces.

As a result, they have successfully formed sustainable public-private partnerships to build real towns and cities that now have over a million inhabitants each, and to lead or manage major urban restructuring and land control projects.
